"The Recommended Dose"
The songs on this CD were selected from material I use in my music therapy sessions designed to promote calm, relaxation and reminiscence.
People of all ages and musical backgrounds can appreciate the value of such material, as our very earliest memories of these songs are indelibly imprinted into our memories forever, attaching themselves to the map of the journey we make through life.
And particularly, when the songs are played on one of the most ancient instruments known to humans, the ethereal-sounding qualities of the harp seem to somehow awaken the soul and strengthen our resolve to realise our full potential and strive to become the human beings we are born to be.
